This is the first time I serviced my car at an external workshop. Had an issue with my transmission. DX had his mechanic check the issue on the spot and was able to advise in detail the issue, repair needed and cost. He communicated with great clarity what they were going to fix alongside their charges. DX is very genuine and definitely knows his stuff. I subsequently also had my aircon fixed. Both jobs were done well. Overall reasonable pricing with excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the lounge during the service. There are coffee, tea, and drink provided there along with biscuit and candies. There is air purifier for the room as well. Free wifi inside – I didn’t use the wifi though. There is a charger on the desk as well in case the phone need to be recharged.

Amazing experience. Transparency is key when it comes to car maintenance, you need to know what you pay for. DX and his team were also helpful in sharing their industrial experience about cars, engines in general and provide you information to decide whether your car’s problem is worth fixing.

Went to service my car, they offered a comprehensive check on all the essentials of the car (suspension, drive shaft, brakes etc) and it’s honestly the first time I’ve seen a car workshop offering such detailed checks on complimentary basis. They also picked up some issues my car has and advised me based on their expert opinion not to fix these issues – based on its impact vs how long the problem can sustain. This is transparency and they are not there to earn your money through making false and dishonest recommendations!

Good service, friendly and very responsive. Sent my car in due to some aircon gas leak and they narrowed due to a faulty valve. Settled within half a day. Special shout out to DX for his professional advise. Great job team!

Brought my car down for servicing on 7 Feb. First time servicing outside of agent, and the experience was very pleasant. DX and his team are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly, honest. DX provided good advice and for servicing/replacement of items only if required, and the quality of work is excellent. This provided much assurance. In fact, I just brought my car down today (21 Feb) to replace a rear signal light, which is a safety hazard, and he have them replaced quickly and without fuss. Same high level of service quality and standards. Highly Recommended and will go back.
