This is the first time I serviced my car at an external workshop. Had an issue with my transmission. DX had his mechanic check the issue on the spot and was able to advise in detail the issue, repair needed and cost. He communicated with great clarity what they were going to fix alongside their charges. DX is very genuine and definitely knows his stuff. I subsequently also had my aircon fixed. Both jobs were done well. Overall reasonable pricing with excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

I stayed at the lounge during the service. There are coffee, tea, and drink provided there along with biscuit and candies. There is air purifier for the room as well. Free wifi inside – I didn’t use the wifi though. There is a charger on the desk as well in case the phone need to be recharged.

Amazing experience. Transparency is key when it comes to car maintenance, you need to know what you pay for. DX and his team were also helpful in sharing their industrial experience about cars, engines in general and provide you information to decide whether your car’s problem is worth fixing.

Went to service my car, they offered a comprehensive check on all the essentials of the car (suspension, drive shaft, brakes etc) and it’s honestly the first time I’ve seen a car workshop offering such detailed checks on complimentary basis. They also picked up some issues my car has and advised me based on their expert opinion not to fix these issues – based on its impact vs how long the problem can sustain. This is transparency and they are not there to earn your money through making false and dishonest recommendations!

Overall great experience and you should just give them a try. They just earned a loyal customer

Good service, friendly and very responsive. Sent my car in due to some aircon gas leak and they narrowed due to a faulty valve. Settled within half a day. Special shout out to DX for his professional advise. Great job team!

Brought my car down for servicing on 7 Feb. First time servicing outside of agent, and the experience was very pleasant. DX and his team are very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and most importantly, honest. DX provided good advice and for servicing/replacement of items only if required, and the quality of work is excellent. This provided much assurance. In fact, I just brought my car down today (21 Feb) to replace a rear signal light, which is a safety hazard, and he have them replaced quickly and without fuss. Same high level of service quality and standards. Highly Recommended and will go back.

DX and his team are very professional in their work. Did my regular car servicing, mounting, change of spark plug and repair oil leakage problems of my car. One best thing i like about them is how transparent they conduct their business. They would show me the parts that were being repaired or exchanged, and explain to me what they have done with it and why was it necessary and important to repair them. In addition, I told them that there are some buzzing sound coming from my dashboard, they spent 1 hr troubleshooting my car and found out that is due to internal wiring of my in car android set , they went ahead to sort the wiring for me and charge it at no cost! Appreciate the kind gesture of DX and the team.

All in all, not your typical workshop just to all out earn your money. They give practical advice. Need a reliable and trustworthy workshop? Look for DX and his team. 👍🏻

Car was out of warranty so went to them for a recurring air con issue. They checked and determined that the condenser was leaking. Replacement done in 24hrs. Showed me a pic of the condenser coils and was shocked the technicians at the agent workshop pick it up few months back when they changed the cooling coil. Ryan was professional and gave good advice. Will not hesitate to recommend this workshop to friends and family.

Had a water ingress issue, turned out to be the rubber strip below the windows were worn-out.
He showed me exactly where the worn-out rubber strip is located and sprayed water to demo how it caused the ingress.
Wanted to pay him for the effort in diagnosing but he declined and instead wished me good health before sending me off on my way.

So now I’ve DIY replaced the rubber strips with a generic one found online. Took awhile to clean up the old worn-out rubber and residue and stick the new rubber strips but the issue is finally fixed. Wouldn’t have come to this conclusion myself this soon were it not for him pointing me in the right direction.

Definitely coming back here for my next servicing 🙂

Very good service from the customer service executive. When I sent my car in for evaluation, it was immediately tested and found that the gearbox had some issues. DX quoted a reasonable price for overhauling the gearbox with replacement of parts when necessary, together with the time frame needed. The car was repaired within the time frame and it was a job well done. The gearbox is operating smoothly now and it came with a 2 years warranty.

I brought my car in for an aircon service, the car climate control has exhibiting hissing noises, and the air coming out of the vents was intermittently hot and cold. DX was very friendly and helpful, helping me to arrange for a mechanic to diagnose the issue, and even topping up the refrigerant for me free of charge. I will definitely recommend this workshop for its customer service and helpful attitude.

We chose 1 Car Service based on the good reviews on Google and glad the team didn’t disappoint us. They will ask for your permission to proceed on the part that you need to pay extra and no hard selling. On top of basic servicing, they help us to get quote for tyre replacing from another shop as they didn’t supply and help us to send the car upstairs for alignment upon requested. One stop servicing under one roof. Very helpful and not to mention the lounge with amenities make the waiting easier and pleasant. Few hours of waiting is worthwhile. A complimentary parking ticket is 👍🏻 Will be back for the next servicing.

My reverse gear was not functioning properly. It was very dangerous to drive when the transmission is not working properly.

2 year warranty is a good deal, and they have managed to fix my reverse gear issue promptly. The car transmission is now working smoothly.

Their servicing does NOT only service your car, they provide service to the customer as well such as providing drinks and clean amenities such as the toilet etc. Staff such as Ryan and Pamela is to be commended for going out of duty to provide information about your car and parts that needs servicing.

Gearbox broke down and was sent to agent where they quoted an insanely amt on top of other charges. So swing by to 1 Car service to salvage my car which has slightly more than a year left so not really keen to spend too much. Communicated this to DX and he tried his best to help and the warranty covers until the end of COE which is cool. Will return for normal servicing when I purchase my next ride.
