Very good service from the customer service executive. When I sent my car in for evaluation, it was immediately tested and found that the gearbox had some issues. DX quoted a reasonable price for overhauling the gearbox with replacement of parts when necessary, together with the time frame needed. The car was repaired within the time frame and it was a job well done. The gearbox is operating smoothly now and it came with a 2 years warranty.
