What the owner reported
The owner called to say the car was sitting very low on the front right corner. The dash was showing a high-voltage system fault message even though the visible problem was the suspension. The car was too low to drive safely, so it had to be towed to us.
We read the suspension faults during diagnosis with our JLR-compatible scan tool, and everything pointed at the front right strut. After the strut was replaced and the system reset, the car sat level again.
