1 Car Service is an independent car workshop at 160 Sin Ming Drive, #03-07 Sin Ming AutoCity, Singapore 575722. You can reach us on WhatsApp or at 8033 7708.

What we collect

We collect only what we need to help you with your car:

Enquiry details you give us when you message us on WhatsApp, call, or book an appointment, such as your name, contact number, car make and model, and a description of the issue.
Booking details when you reserve a slot through our appointment system.
Website usage data collected automatically, such as the pages you view, your approximate location, device and browser type, the site or advert that referred you, and click identifiers used to measure advertising.

How we use it

To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote.
To arrange and manage your booking and keep a record of work done on your car.
To run and improve this website.
To measure how our adverts perform and reach people who may need our services.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses cookies and similar technologies, including Google Ads, the Meta (Facebook) pixel, our own visit-tracking, and Microsoft Clarity (which records pseudonymous session activity such as scrolling and clicks, with text and form inputs masked), to understand how visitors use the site and to measure advertising. These tools may set cookies on your device. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then work less smoothly.

Embedded content from other sites
