The owner first messaged us in May to say the Panamera's aircon was leaking gas, and brought the car in for a check.
In June the car was due for its major service, and the owner asked us to check and repair the aircon gas leak in the same visit. The ask was simple: find where the gas was going and fix it, so the cold stays. A system that keeps losing gas is leaking somewhere, and a leak does not fix itself.
