What the owner reported
The owner brought in a Porsche Panamera whose aircon had stopped blowing cold. Air still came through the vents, but it was warm, not cold. In the Singapore heat that turns even a short drive into a sweaty one. The owner already knew the system had a gas leak, because the cold had been fading and a top-up did not hold for long.
The car was in for a major service at the same time, so it made sense to sort the aircon properly in the same visit. The ask was simple: find where the gas was going and fix it, so the cold actually stays. A system that keeps losing its cool after a regas is leaking somewhere, and a leak does not fix itself.
